About Our Homes

Newcastle Homes, Inc. builds a wide range of homes, from $89,000 townhomes to $200-$300,000 garden homes to $400-$500,000 semi-custom homes. These homes are available throughout the Birmingham area, including Calera, Moody, Hoover, and Springville.

Newcastle sets itself apart with quality craftsmanship and products that most builders do not offer in these price ranges. For instance, many of our garden homes offer tile and hardwood floors and granite counters as standard features.  Our basement homes are built with a silent floor I-joist system that allows ductwork to be hidden inside, providing a cleaner finish.  All windows are sealed with insulating tape to reduce heating and cooling bills.
