I have been a resident in the Lake Cyrus Community for 3 years and the very first person that greeted me and my family was your employee Dave. Whenever I had a problem with my property he has always been a cell phone call away. 

For instance, our home was broken into last year and he came by in the middle of the night and nailed our door shut until we got a contractor secured. Another situation occurred just three weeks ago - our mailbox was knocked down by one of your subcontractors but Dave took care of the problem immediately. 

This commitment to residents that decide to purchase your homes help them decide to sell and/or stay. I really feel that Dave represents the integrity that New Castle Construction has tried to portray to its new residents. 

Also, I'm sure that your motive/goals are simple - give an individual your word and live/abide by it.

This is just a note to let you know how much we appreciated your employee Tim Elkins during the walk-through when our son purchased his first home from your company in Legacy Springs. We had a few minor problems once my son moved in, but Tim handled these in a timely manner.

I need to brag on all the folks I've worked with a couple of times in the last year at Lake Cyrus. Christina Gulino is always so helpful and pleasant to work with, and Wayne Cole does an outstanding job meeting and greeting the clients and having an explanation for their 1000 questions. It's a good feeling to be able to look at my clients and tell them..."Wayne will take care of you', and know it will be done. Then there's John. He's always so nice and working hard, sweating it out in the heat to get the house as close to perfect as possible. Wayne and John make a great team. We are very happy with Newcastle Construction, Inc. We feel that they have treated us with 200% satisfaction from the builder and all of the subcontractors. We chose the Alexandria style of home and they have surprised us many times over with the ideas which were put in the home. We built the home from plans and the plans became a dream home to us. We are very satisfied with their warranty and they stand behind it. They are a superior business in customer service when others are not concerned about service anymore. We have talked with the president of the company down and they mean business when it comes to service and product.

Thank you for your excellent and very professional customer service. You have always responded whenever I have asked. Someone did come by and put in the light bulbs as you told me you would have, as well as a representative from 3D came to look at the water heater. He actually heard the sound while he was here, but could not determine what the cause was. Hopefully, they will send someone else out to rectify the issue. 

Once again, I appreciate your efforts in making this transition of being a new home owner with New Castle Homes a pleasant one. I will keep you informed of the program with the current issue.

We are a recent home buyer in Ross Bridge. We closed our house February 28, 2008. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how wonderful our experience was with New Castle. This is the second home we've built. The first time we built the experience was not all that great. We went into this situation very nervous. I want you to know you have a great team. David Siddle and Wayne Cole displayed an attitude that was desirable and a pleasure to work with. We felt very comfortable working with them. My husband and I are very pleased with the final product. 

I work in the healthcare field. As you know, it is a very competitive business and we strive every day to exceed the customer expectation. We realize this makes us unique in the market. As a marketing communications professional, and former newspaper editor, I maintain a high degree of suspicion about claims of performance and integrity. When my wife and I decided to leave Chicago, and look elsewhere to live, those concerns were elevated when we began to consider buying or building a house. As you may appreciate, horror stories abound about problems related to new construction. 

So, it was understandable trepidation that we took a leap of faith this past May to contract for a house on the St. Andrew plan - knowing that we would be more than 600 miles distant while construction proceeded. That faith was largely based on the knowledge that your company had an excellent track record, was well regarded by AmSouth, and - on a personal level - our conviction that your staff would meet its responsibilities in delivering a great house to us. 

That conviction primarily was based on the strength of our relationship with Wayne Cole. In our first meeting, Wayne assured us that he would look after every detail, through the final punch list, to be sure that quality standards would be paramount, that deadlines would be met, that problems would be quickly resolved as they arose. All of this occurred. Wayne clearly is a man of his word - first class in every respect. Without his exceptional day-to-day attention - and the meticulous oversight by Tim Elkins, your field superintendent - my wife and I believe that we would have been burdened by distant problems and difficulties. 

We are thrilled by the beauty and quality of our house, a testimonial to your company and to the competence of Wayne and Tim. Please know that I will be happy to provide an appropriate statement about the quality of Newcastle houses, and Newcastle services, for your promotional use.

I wanted to tell you how pleased I am with your site manager Jermaine. I faxed over some warranty issues needing to be resolved at my house. When the warranty man didn't show up for 2 days Jermaine took it upon himself to take care of me. He made sure everything was repaired before he left. 

I was exceptionally happy with the service I received from Jermaine and was excited I wasn't going to have to miss another day of work to have my repairs completed.
